I have been active outside nearly all of my life. I grew up riding and showing horses and fell in love with cycling early. I spend as much free time as I can find these days cycling with friends. Mountain Biking is my favorite and I travel as much as I can just to ride new trails and meet new people. I started bikepacking a couple of years ago which is also when I discovered Picky Bars. Absolutely some great food that I carry on all of my trips.
I am also a family man with a wife I love dearly and two daughters who mean the world to me. Taking them with me on my trips is always a goal of mine and absolute fun. Just the past two years we have driven nearly 10,000 miles on vacations and visited 12 different states. I know I look forward to many more trips with them.
I am also involved in the local community in cycling. I am the Vice President of the New Orleans Metro Area Mountain Bike Organization. I am also a local leader of a new group that is helping to promote cycling and infastructure in Ascension Parish. Hopefully, I can help make where I live a better place to ride and be healthy.
