I’m a Registered Dietitian working in public health (focusing on Childhood Nutrition). Former Massage therapist and roller derby player. Cat lover. Unicorn at heart. Late in life to the running game. Totally in love with it. Source of some of my proudest accomplishments and deepest friendships. Have Run one race a month for 8 years searching for answers to “what makes you a runner” spoiler - 8 years later it’s still not racing but how it makes you feel. Committed to the the concept that all bodies are athletic bodies. Working to network women of all ages and abilities through a no drop running series called SOAR (Sisterhood of Athletes and Runners) And also as a local lead for Volée. If you need a snack- I’m your person....let me check my bag, desk, car, jacket pocket. I bet I got something for you. Biggest lesson from the pandemic: hugs are life, literally. Random fact: I’ve flossed every day for like 8 or 9 years (I like streaks and I’m bad at keep track of things)
