I’m a mother of 3, runner and personal trainer. I took up running casually 3 years ago and during my recent pregnancy completed six half marathons and over 300 pregnancy miles, while carrying our most recent addition, Noah. I never considered myself a runner before but now my husband and I do our best to set the example for our kids of maintaining an active lifestyle and fueling our bodies properly. When I’m not running I am likely in the kitchen cooking, gardening with my kids or in the gym training clients. I also love backcountry camping with all three kids and have started really enjoying the challenge of mountain summiting. I’m hoping to complete my first 50 mile race in March of 2023.
