I an Iowa grown woman of running, coaching, physical therapy-ing, wife-ing, dog-mom-ing, and mom-ing to one badass booming female since 2021. I continue to have the opportunity to combine my passions on a daily basis, which truly is 'living the dream'. I have competed at the World Championships Ironman but my heart lies in the marathon and have aspirations for qualifying for my 4th Olympic Trials Marathon for 2024.
