I have 3 very active children that are all involved in different sports including a step daughter that won the state pole vault competition her freshman year. I over the last year have joined Rocksport training as I wanted to compete in Triathlons and be active and healthy like my children. I have progressed and become way more active in the last 12 months after recovering from a stress fracture the end of last year where I tried to go to hard to fast. Have enjoyed the friendships and motivation I have gotten being involved in a training group and hope to be at it for many more years to come.
