I am a hard working BAD ASS wife + mom + ER PA-C + triathlete fueled by plants! To say I like a challenge is an understatement, I strive to push myself into discomfort daily whether that's at work in the Emergency Dept, on 2 wheels (or feet), in the pool or on an adventure with my husband and 6 + 4 year old sons. What starts as discomfort quickly turns to fun and joy that keeps me coming back from more!
