I am a 44 year old ex swimmer and re-emerging triathlete who loves trail running, gravel riding, and adventures. I have two children who are into mountain biking now and we are in Bentonville, Arkansas which has quickly jumped on the scene for outdoor adventures. We hit up coffee shops, bike shops, and the various trails as much as possible and love this culture.
