I'm a dentist in my day job but when I'm not working, I love being in the outdoors! Running is my escape and always chasing after the next PR. I love hiking and backpacking and exploring more trails in the beautiful PNW. Rock climbing is my other sport! I primarily boulder indoors but have loved getting outdoors when I've had the chance. I've been getting into cycling more this year and am excited to do more of it! When I'm at home, I'm an avid reader and have a blog about books but also include personal and thus, fitness, related content. I love cooking and baking and find that it's a great stress reliever.
