I'm a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, endurance runner, Spartan race enthusiast, notorious prankster, and lover of all things fun and outdoors. I live in Woodstock, Vermont, one of the outdoor sports meccas of the northeast, surrounded by amazing trails and adventure opportunities. I work as a fitness coach at the Woodstock Athletic Club and spend my free time running up mountains, swimming across ponds, and pedaling Vermont's beautiful backroads.
