Hey there! I'm a 37 year old mom of five and wife to a handsome fella and I call Eagle Mountain, UT home (but still claim Colorado as my real home). I've been running my whole life and have had some pretty life changing experiences along the way. I reached some serious goals that once seemed like pipe dreams and that makes me feel pretty damn happy. I love running and I love sharing what makes running even better-- including fuel and gear.
