I’m a retire ironman athlete turned ultra runner. I’ve completed three 100 milers, Including finishing the Leadville 100 mile trail run on my first try. I run for Runners Roost (lone tree) a colorado running store chain. I have two rescue dogs and one cat. Live with my wife in Colorado and love the great outdoors.
