I'm a local delivery guy also training with the Inver Grove Heights Fire and Rescue team. I'm a triathlete, marathoner, trail runner, new vegetarian and all around lover of healthy foods (mostly healthy!) I am a father to 2 teen young men, trying to be a positive and healthy role model to them. I love making new friends in the endurance training community, and I think I'm the most happy when I see my friends kicking butt at races, even more so than myself doing well at races.
