I'm a 46 year old triathlete, runner, biker, and swimmer. I've been running and swimming for 30+ years and competing in tris since 2008. I've competed at Age Group Nationals twice and USMS Nationals twice. I have a bad ass 13 year old daughter who is into mountain biking, and we love to hit the trails together.
