I come from a HS swimming and club rowing background and took up cycling pretty seriously about two years ago. Running followed soon after and in summer 2019 I found myself on the start line of my first triathlon! I was hooked - since then, I've moved to Rwanda, where I've had the opportunity to compete in duathlons and cycling races, as well as complete the first Everesting in sub-Saharan Africa. I am extremely passionate about training and nutrition, specifically how one can maximise performance gains while staying healthy and injury-free.
