I am Greek British and have been living in Flagstaff, Arizona for over 3 years after coming to Rob Krar's running camp in 2017. I discovered my passion for the outdoors late in life, when I left the Corporate World of 22 years to embark on a journey of self discovery. It was on this journey, at the age of 39 when I started running. I cannot imagine my life without running, as much for my mental health, physical health and finally feeling like I belonged and finding my people, the trail and ultra running community. I am passionate and fiercely loyal, I love adventures and laughing an pushing myself outside of my comfort zone.
