I'm a mother, wife, sister, and friend. I split my time between Massachusetts and Vermont and like to spend as much time in the trails and on the mountains as possible. Cycling, running, hiking, alpine and nordic skiing are my thing. I'm a former DII cross country and track athlete who has run many (7) marathons, but I'm learning not all in life is about total miles and splits and have found I enjoy a variety athletic endeavors over putting my eggs in to one basket. So does my body, I think it's over road running.

I love a good solo adventure as much as I do spending time outside with my family and friends. A day on the slopes or a big hike with friends and family totally fills my cup. I'm a huge Picky Bars (and granola) fan, and an avid podcast listener. Sometimes listening to Lauren and Jesse is like listening to my husband and I working through work, play, and love - it's all so relatable.

Since becoming a Picky Ambadassador a few years back, I've become a coach of a youth mountain biking program called the Ghost Riders. It's a pre-racing development team which encourages kids to get outside, learn some bike skills and have fun. I've been made the team lead for the girls team, which is especially important to me as we have an 8 year old daughter who is often the only girl when we're downhilling at our favorite lift-serviced mountains. To be able to support and encourage girls to do exactly what the boys can is something I am incredibly passionate about.
