I’m a trail runner who has ran races from 5k to ultras and a hiker. I love to camp and explore the outdoors with my family and encourage others to do the same. I’m part of multiple groups like moms run this town, and ladies ultra community groups. I help at a local youth running club and I’m a running coach.
