Hi I’m Kate!
I had a bad experience with running in high school that made me hate it for years. A couple of years ago I was overweight and really unhappy and had to make a change. So I started running with a goal of running a half marathon. I did it! I have been injured along the way, but the past few years running has been my therapy and way to stay happy and healthy. Learning about proper fuel and nutrition led me to try picky bars. I actually tried it for the first time from a Strava challenge and loved it! I’d love to spread the love and be a part of such an awesome group.
I’ve been a picky ambassador for 2 years. I’m primarily a trail runner, but I also enjoy hiking. I love picky bars and the granola is my favorite.
