I'm a life coach, future therapist, runner, hiker, cyclist, dog mom, kid mom (and there are a cat, snake, and chickens in there too); and a big celebrator of nature. I am sober and an ally. I started running regularly in my 30s (a little over 10 years ago) and spent more time on my local trails every year. Nowadays, I rack up my miles mostly on trails and logging roads. I'm so grateful to live on the Northern California coast where I can enjoy the ocean and the forest all in one day.
