Hi! I'm Giselle, lifelong athlete, adventure lover and nature/ocean lover! I've been a Certified Personal Trainer for 16 years, and am also a Certified Health Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist, TRX instructor, and Technogym Master Trainer. My husband and I run our own fitness business, and work with clients and companies in the Bay Area, CA and beyond via online coaching and virtual training & classes. I've been a long distance runner since 2004, when I ran my first marathon. Since then, I have run about 80-something races ranging from 5ks to marathons, and even a few relays like Ragnar Relay 200+ miles and Hana Relay 52 miles. I absolutely love sharing my passion for health, fitness and running with my clients, friends, family, and community! It's why I became a fitness professional back in 2006, to help others tap into their true potential, be their best selves, and live their best lives!
