My name is Aida Almanza and I am a triathlete and excited to be a part of an amazing team!
I am currently attending Iowa State University. I compete in the Collegiate circuit for Iowa State as well as the Age-Group circuit on my own. Some of the goals I had this season was to be determined, push myself to see how far I could go, and lastly stay positive! This was actually my first year competing in the sport of Triathlon and I was hooked! This past season I qualified for Team USA for the year of 2023. I have also qualified to race for Team Zoot for the year of 2023. I look forward to having a great training season and seeing my improvement next year!
