My name is Michael Gutierrez I am a competitive runner and I live in Santa Cruz, CA. Running found me six years ago, just when I needed it. Running was an unlikely gift. I have been an athlete my entire life but the idea of distance running never appealed to me. Getting my feet on the road got me out of my head, and it gave me a way to set fitness goals and keep myself accountable. What started out as running a few local races quickly became signing up for any race I could find. And now, six short years later, I’ve competed in forty-eight races and have plans to compete in many more.
For me, training is a lifestyle and nutrition is central to it all. I love that Picky Bars has come to market with creative, well-balanced foods that make fueling delicious and fun. I am truly excited about the opportunity to tell the world about the great food Picky Bars make.
