I’m a runner, triathlete, aerialist, and dancer. My favorite adventure partner is my dog, Woolsey. She’s the goodest girl. I named her after the fire that burned my house down in 2018. If it didn’t happen, I wouldn’t have found her. I’m a high school dance teacher and love getting my students excited about exploring movement in their bodies. We also put on a great show, if I do say so myself.
