For the past 25 years, I have taught at various resorts across the U.S., including Keystone, Mt. Sunapee, Mount Snow, Stowe, Hermitage Club and Wachusett. My love for skiing shows in my passion for teaching young children and adults. I also love my community and my home in Western Massachusetts in the woods with my family and Labrador Retrievers. I am a lymphoma cancer survivor and am passionate about sharing my journey to inspire others in their quest for health, fitness and self-confidence. As a sports performance coach and instructor, I have helped countless individuals reach their ultimate performance goals.
I am a ranked master cross country, mountain, marathon and ultra-runner and a silver medalist at the World Indoor Rowing Champs and hold an American record for Indoor Rowing in the marathon.
