I am deeply involved in the biking community in a variety of different ways: I produce my own bicycle adventure podcast: The Murphology Podcast, I am a co-host on the Just Go Bike Podcast, I participate as a bike leader in events all over Iowa, and I fundraise through biking. For over 25 years I have enjoyed self-guided multi-day bicycle tours, and I also lead a local bicycle club with over 500 members. Bike Adventure just might be my middle name…earlier this year I rode my bike across the United States! And you can bet Picky Bars were with me!
