Always been an outdoors person. Love obstacle course racing, road and mountain biking, hiking, and playing tennis and hockey. I am a personal trainer and work with a lot of active people and have in the past told people about picky bars and other picky products (oatmeal/granola/drizzle), and that the bars are the best intra-activity choice out there. I currently eat the bars the most during long rides and hikes and as a pre-workout snack.
